BEL 130 Semi Automatic Case Sealer
Product Description: The BEL 130 accepts uniform case sizes with the top flaps pre folded by an operator for top and bottom case sealing with 2 inch wide tape. Quick-adjust mechanisms simplify changing between case sizing, and the small profile of the unit allows for very minimal space taken up. The power required is 120v single-phase for the bottom-belt conveyor drive and it is connected to an electrical outlet by a conventional plug. A tough epoxy powder coating on the machine's body resists chipping and flaking, while it's one piece modular design drive system is easily removed from the frame for convenient bench service.

BEL 150- Semi Automatic Case Sealer
Product Description: This later generation of the BEL case sealer series uses a Uni-Drive squaring mechanism powered by a single motor drive both side-belts in a synchronized fashion, holding the case securely and keeping it square. The BEL 150's drive updates, as well as it's more durable corrosion resistant frame design cut downtime and create more presentable packages.

BEL 185 Random Semi-Automatic Case Sealer
Product Description: The BEL 185 can be set to a uniform size, or adjust for case sizes that vary randomly in both width and height when they are presented to the sealer with the top flaps pre folded by an operator. The power supply for the 185 is the same as the 130 and 150 (120v via cord and plug) and also requires compressed air at 80-90 psi / 6 bar when in random mode. The BEL 185 greatly increases production rate, while still delivering reliable, consistent tape application via it's No Break DEKKA high performance tape head.

BEL 250 Fully Automatic Top and Bottom Case Sealer
Product Description: The BEL 250 accepts uniform case sizes and automatically folds the top flaps using unique and safe Snap Folder technology patented by Belcor that allows for the smallest automatic sealer footprint in the industry. Changes between case sizes are performed with 2 main adjustments: width including folders, and height. Cases are taped top and bottom with either 2 or 3 inch wide tape. Belcor's Uni-Drive conveyor, with a single motor driving both side-belts synchronized, holds cases securely and keeps them square. The BEL 250 connects to a 120 VAC single-phase electrical outlet by a conventional cord and plug and requires compressed air at 80-90 psi. / 6 Bar. The combination of the Uni-Drive conveyor capable of taping both the top and bottom of cases, as well as further improvements to machine durability allow the BEL 250 to rapidly improve your production while maintaining the same high quality shipping safety and package appearance.

BEL 507 Case Former
Product Description: Tilting Semi-Auto Case Former/Case Erector.
